As Deepavali is around the corner, the Managing Director of Premier Plus Property, Dato’ Sri Jacky Ker Cherk Yee and a member of the royal family, YM Tunku Dato’ Hassan celebrated Deepavali at a Tamil primary school with the teachers and students.
During the event, YM Tunku Dato’ Hassan and Dato’ Sri Jacky Ker financially supported over 100 students from poor families. With the responsibility to promote harmony and contribute to the society in Johor, they hope that these minor contributions can bring a twinkle of hope to those children for the upcoming Deepavali.
Dato’ Sri Jacky Ker also encouraged students to have a positive attitude while facing challenges and to have a sense of duty when it comes to contributing to the society. He hopes that this event translates into a message for Johorians to show empathy and offer a helping hand to those that are less fortunate, reminding them to always contribute back to the society.
