Patriotism filled the air when over 100 Cerebral Palsy children and adults celebrated the National Day with lots of activities apart from receiving facilities and gifts from Columbia Asia Hospital.
Several Cerebral Palsy children took part in reciting poems apart from celebrating birthdays for the August babies and parading in their National Day themed fancy dresses.
Columbia Asia Hospital, Iskandar Puteri also participated in the celebration by generously donating a Maclaren Pushchair and a wheelchair for the use of the Johor Cerebral Palsy Association (JCPA), further establishing their continuous support annually.
“We organised a charity run in July for our seventh-year anniversary and all the proceeds were transformed into the equipment that we presented just now. We continue our support to help these special children and adults,” said General Manager of Columbia Asia Hospital, Rahani Yaacob during the celebration.
As JCPA is a self-sustaining association, anyone who would like to contribute, may contact them at 07-223 5452 or e-mail [email protected]
