From Thai to French cuisine, you can indulge in up to 85 different dishes with weekly rotation and start your dining experience with Seafood on Ice spread of prawns, mussels, flower crabs, and crayfish, complemented with variety of sauces.

Don’t miss Amaya’s signature Thai dishes such as Tom Yum Pizza with a generous sprinkle of prawns, mushrooms and tomyam flavours and Thai Laksa, Stir-Fried Chicken with Thai Chili Paste and Thai Style Steamed Sea Bass in Chili and Lime sauce with an authentic touch prepared by Thai Executive Sous Chef Theerawut Kanyavimon and team.

If Asian gourmet pops in your mind, scoop up their Kampung Fried rice peppered with chili flakes for traditional kampung flavours coupled with Chicken Rendang or enjoy a plate of fried Kuey Teow and pair it with Mamak-style Fried Chicken Wings.

Amaya Detox drinks

Noodle station can definitely make you go back and forth from your seat with over 5 different noodles selection prepared with condiments and rotated broth of Chicken Herbal Soup, Tom Yam and more. Enjoy chicken rice with three different styles of chicken or have steamed Dim Sum, Seafood Dumplings and Thai Fish Cake which are readily available in steamy hot temperature for a fresh Chinese tang. Alternatively, go for Indian flavours of Chicken Curry and Naan.

As for Western spread, chow down on their rich and tender Grilled Marinated Lamb Shoulder with black pepper sauce or enjoy a bowl of Beef Goulash or Beef Meatballs Baked in Tomato Sauce to fill your stomach. As for lighter options, turn to its Salad Bar which also has Mediterranean and local Rojak Buah options. Go creative and make your own Som Tam (Papaya Salad) or customise your sandwich at the DIY Bread Corner.

Seafood on Ice

Finish your meal with a wide spread of dessert especially the eye-catching Orange Fountain to dip with a range of biscuits and fruits. The usual suspects; French pastries line up of cakes, brownies, puddings and traditional kuih are there for the sweet tooth. Heads up for squares of sweetness, as they serve thick, fat and creamy Waffles with Ice Cream with your own choice of toppings and syrups!

Quench your thirst with a free flow of coffee/tea and selected soft drinks. If your belly is bloated after a big meal, we recommend trying Amaya’s Detox drinks of Spiced Orchard, Banane et’ Orange or Wake Me Up priced at RM20 per glass to refresh your system.
