BCB Berhad (BCB) launched Versis @ Medini, a 22 acres commercial development area comprising of 189 units of shop-offices. The first phase will include 57 units of 3-storey and 5-storey shop offices priced from RM2.28 million.
More than 50% of Phase 1 was sold on the launch night itself, indicating a high demand for commercial spaces in Iskandar Malaysia.
According to Tan Lindy, BCB Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, units are being taken up following a 70:30 ratio of local and foreign buyers.
“Versis Medini is targeting seasoned investors both locally and internationally as we are giving guaranteed rental return (GRR) of 5% per annum for four years,” said Lindy, adding that food and beverage (F&B) and other operators might obtain different packages if they do not require GRR.
The Versis @ Medini is situated within the Medini Central Business District (CBD) and is expected to bring a gross development value (GDV) of RM520 million for BCB.
Also there to launch the development was State Tourism, Domestic Trade and Consumerism Committee Chairman, Datuk Tee Siew Kiong along with BCB Group Managing Director Tan Sri Dato’ Tan Seng Leong.
