Renaissance Johor Bahru had their four-day  annual Global Customer Appreciation Week (GCAW) and used the platform to have activities participated by the hotel’s management team.

In house guests were given cupcakes by the staff and a networking dinner was held for business partners and media members.

Their CSR activity themed ‘Spirit to Serve Our Communities’ had the staff lending a helping hand at Shan De Johor Bahru Welfare Association as well as distributing delicious packed food from the hotel’s café to orphans.
