More freedom and convenience for both online and offline shoppers as AEON Rolls outs 1st Click & Collect service with Drive-Thru lane at AEON Bukit Indah
Shopping experiences have truly evolved a lot over the years ever since technology was incorporated into the whole process in the 21st century. From bartering for goods, to the introduction of the cash register to the growing trend of personal shoppers, the shopping sprees have been made so much easier for consumers.
Recently, AEON CO. (M) BHD, Malaysia’s leading lifestyle retailer announced the implementation of Click and Collect service with a Drive-Thru lane at AEON Bukit Indah. A bold and innovative initiative taken by AEON in collaboration with honestbee – one of Asia’s leading online concierge and delivery service provider.
Shopping is made easier and more convenient with this new online-to-offline (O2O) concierge service. AEON’s Click & Collect now allows shoppers from Johor Bahru and Singapore to easily purchase items online before conveniently collecting them later at the kiosk or through the drive thru lane located inside AEON Bukit Indah.
Furthermore, offline shoppers can now maximise their onsite shopping experience such as dining, watching movies, and other activities at AEON lifestyle shopping store, knowing that the family’s shopping needs are already taken care of.
The pickup and delivery services are available 7 days a weeks, with time slots that can be selected between 11am to 9pm.
Prior to Click & Collect service, AEON, in partnership with honestbee, has been expanding its home delivery service. The service has been gaining customers’ confidence resulting in 5 consecutive months of successful expansion; in addition to the initial launch in AEON Mid Valley, the service is now available at AEON Taman Maluri, AEON Cheras Selatan, MaxValu Prime Sphere Bangsar South, and AEON Wellness Mid Valley.
