Cosway Unveil its First-Ever Experience Centre in Berjaya Times Square

A network marketing company with 38 years of history, Cosway launched its first Experience Centre in Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur, as part of its ongoing business re-engineering and re-branding strategy, aimed at providing its customers a refreshingly new retail shopping experience.

The centre was officiated by YB Dato’ Henry Sum Agong, the Deputy Minister of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism and Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan, founder of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, with 400 Cosway local and international business leaders, influencers and guests who witnessed the grand launch.

The revolutionary Cosway Experience Centre is beyond the ordinary retail store. It showcases Cosway’s extensive range of Health & Wellness, Home Care & Living, Beauty, Food & Beverage, and Kitchen products in eight lifestyle themed experiential zones.

These spacious zones are equipped with interactive guides, demonstration units, and high precision diagnosis machines to engage with, and provide functional based information on the holistic and wellness benefits of Cosway’s products to potential customers.

The centre will also serve as an online purchase collection point.

In his speech, Vincent Tan said, “Since 2016, Cosway started to re-brand, re-engineer and re-invent its business model to reach out to new younger generation consumers. This Experience Centre launch today marks the first step in Cosway’s offline enhancements to complement our online presence. At the end of the day, we aim to empower our consumers both online and offline. “

Tan also said that results for 2016 have been extremely encouraging where members receiving bonuses have increased by 136% compared to 2015. This trend has maintained in 2017 and the total number of members earning income up to the 1st half of 2017 has already exceeded the total of members earning bonuses for the entire 2016.

In his speech, YB Dato’ Henry Sum Agong, the Deputy Minister of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism congratulated Cosway for its continuous initiatives to improve its business model by launching the centre which will provide consumers not only information, but also the experience necessary for them to make their informed choices.
