RCJB President Datuk Teo Shiok Fu JP and 12 RCJB members toured the school to look at the existing water supply facility, and met the teachers and students.

The school currently gets its water supply pumped from the ground which is then treated onsite for general use. If the onsite treatment facility is not working, the school will get water from the oil palm estate.

Now, with the newly installed water filter system and 3 new wash basins, the school can provide clean and safe drinking water for the students’ use which is important for their health.

RCJB also donated 36 units of hand-held white board (18”x 12’) to the school and 170 pencil cases to the school’s students.

We are happy that we can help make a difference to the school and the students with our contributions. The project may be small but is a meaningful one. Providing clean drinking water to students is our priority as well as education.

SJK Tamil Ladang Kulai Oil Palm in Kulai is a Tamil primary school with 162 students.
