A total of 588 fully completed units of Rumah Mampu Milik Johor (RMMJ) and Perumahan Komuniti Johor Pakej B (PKJ B) at Taman Scientex, Pasir Gudang were handed over to buyers.
It involved 191 RMMJ units sold at RM150,000 and 397 units of PKJ B priced at RM80,000 respectively.
Johor Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin, commended the initiative taken by Scientex Berhad in supporting the state government’s efforts to provide basic amenities to the people.
“The state government is aware that in the midst of Johor’s rapidly growing economy, development and progress would not mean that the people had yet to have a perfect and comfortable residence,” adding that it is the state government’s desire to see every Johorean having a perfect home.
Khaled also added that the state government will focus on building more houses to cater to the need of the society.
Also present were Chairman of Johor’s Housing and Local Authority Committee, Dato’ Md Jais Sarday.
