There is no better place to unwind and relax than in enchanted aromas radiating from Khatulistiwa Balinese Spa in Tanjung Puteri. Manned by the lovely Nicole Chong, the spa has a 95% Excellent rating from 17 reviews on TripAdvisor! The ambiance of the place is splendid, and the professional services offered by the staffs are great. Nicole herself is very hands on and provides good explanations for the products, services and aroma oils used.
Starting off with the Traditional Foot Massage with peppermint towel placed on your face to provide excellent relief to a blocked nose, the masseur skilfully provides the best relief to your feet before guiding you to the massage bed to complete the experience with the Traditional Aromatherapy Massage. Food Glorious Food
One of the best things about the resort is the splendid food it serves. Lunch at He Yuan Chinese Restaurant is a must! Tantalise your taste buds with local and international seafood flavours. Open for both lunch and dinner, the timber decorated restaurant is perfect for a family feast.
The Golfer’s café is where breakfast and lunch buffets are served. Ala carte options are also available and a highlight on that menu is definitely the reasonably priced lamb shank. The buffet spread comes with an array of cakes and savoury desserts as well.
We tried the Steamboat Buffet Dinner priced at RM28 per adult which was part of a March promotion. The selection of spread was very good and the Tom Yam Soup was pretty exceptional.
Apart from the above and the 3 18-hole golf courses, the resort also boasts a lounge, a karaoke room, a golf pro shop, six banquet and meeting rooms, 20 cosy guestrooms and 34 refurbished units of luxurious double storey villas. Within the development’s sprawling grounds, there are 30 exclusive bungalows with 24-hour security surrounded by a gated community setting.
