United Malayan Land (UMLand Bhd) unveiled the latest addition to its maiden township – Topaz Residenz at Bandar Seri Alam
UMLand Bhd recently unveiled 108 units of 2-storey terrace houses at an open-to-public launch ceremony. The project is expected to be completed in November 2020 at UMLand Bhd’s signature Bandar Seri Alam (BSA) Township.
Named after a precious green-tinted gem stone, Topaz Residenz is set to provide the best in architecture and design to its future owners. It will offer strategic location to residents due to its easy access to two major highways.
The new project will consist of two property variants where buyers can opt for Type A or Type B units, with a built-up area of 2.152 sqft and 2.177 sqft respectively.
Invited guests as well as the general public were treated to a variety of performances and activities specially prepared for the occasion. Interested buyers are entitled to an early bird package which is valid until 18th December 2018.
