Following the success of April’s campaign with more than 5,000 units sold
Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (REHDA) Johor, a branch of national body to promote and coordinate its members’ activities in the development of land and construction of residential, commercial and industrial buildings held their press conference for the upcoming Malaysia Property Expo (MAPEX) 2019 at the REHDA Office in Taman Tasek.
Attending the press conference were REHDA Johor chairman Datuk Steve Chong Yoon On, Datuk Hoe Mee Ling, Andrew Tan Yee Seong, K.K. Wong, Kenny Koh, Stanley Saw and Chin Kuie Too. MAPEX 2019 has seen a grand number of RM4.6bil for their April 2019’s expo where 5,265 units of homes were offered by 33 developers.

Landed homes is still the most popular choice from Johor home buyers followed by serviced apartments and shop houses where RM1.525bil worth of properties sold, totaling to a 2,362 units sold from January to October 2019 made of 1,409 incomplete units and 983 completed units.
The Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2019 was getting a lot of positive response since it was officially announced by the Minister of Finance in January 2019. REHDA Johor since then had taken their HOC initiative for Johor Edition by launching MAPEX Johor 2019 in April; officiated by State Exco Committee Chairman for Housing, Communication and Multimedia, Sr. Dzulkefly Ahmad.
The 2nd Johor MAPEX edition 2019 would see more than 11,600 units of homes offered by approximately 30 developers that are ready to serve and talk to you for property ownership.
The upcoming MAPEX 2019 would be held at City Square Johor Bahru from 1st – 3rd November, 2019, from 10am to 10pm.
