Built by WB Land, Frontier Park spans around 136-acre of modern and gated industrial park at Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru. WB Land is looking into making Frontier Park 3 as the first Malaysian business and industrial park into a “Business Campus” that is popularly adopted by the world’s leading corporation in advanced countries.

The “Business Campus” concept allows Frontier Park to be an ideal home for factories, showrooms, service centres and offices for discerning industrialists and entrepreneurs. WB Land General Manager, Kevin Woon said, “The Park has won distinguished awards such as Best Industrial Development by Asia Pacific Property Awards (APPA) and has been recognised by the Johor state government as the benchmark for industrial development and the park is currently 95% occupied.

“In the upcoming new launch, we are taking Frontier Park to a whole new level with our Business Concept. We believe it will transform the workplace to be more collaborative and dynamic”.

Other than its amenities like clubhouse-like cafe, Sheltered Arena and Activity Deck for organised events, the park is equipped with 24-hour CCTV surveillance, security patrol and anti-climb fencing around its boundary on top of integrated security system that alerts on detection of intruders, ensuring a safe working environment for operators.

An additional worker’s dormitory is also ready and will start its operation by the first quarter of next year.
