Mah Sing Group’s (Mah Sing) freehold seafront mixed integrated complex, Meridin Bayvue in Sierra Perdana is set to benefit from a direct access that goes in and out of the development to the Johor Bahru East Coast Highway.
The construction of this direct access will shorten travel time to approximately 11 minutes and approximately 12 km from the Johor Bahru East Coast highway to Meridin Bayvue.

Construction on the connecting road is set to begin in Q1 2018 pending Road and Drainage Plan Approval for JKR State. The road is scheduled for completion Q3, 2018.
