Lunar New Year Extravaganza and Pre-Registration for Park Homes Residential

Tropicana Danga Cove held a Chinese New Year event at its property gallery located near Permas Jaya and gave guests a sneak-peek of what’s coming up in their neighbourhood.

Grand Master Lee Teck Eng of LTE Fengshui Consultant Corporation was also on hand to give a talk on the outlook for 2017 to 2044 vis-à-vis the property industry.

While advising them on the best direction when considering a property purchase, Grand Master Lee advised them that generally the North, South-West, East and South East directions are to look out for, “but we have to do a full life analysis of the individual to determine his or her life map, taking into study the person’s five elements, namely fire, water, wood, earth and metal,” said Lee.

The Grand Master is particularly attracted with the layout of Tropicana Danga Cove’s Park Homes development.

“If you look at the top down view of the layout, you could recognise the distinctive shape of the Phoenix, which is an important element in Fengshui,” said Grand Master Lee who is advisor to a number of corporations, many from the property sector.

Guests took the opportunity to pre-register their interest for the yet-to-be launched Park Homes residential development.

The gated and guarded freehold development of under 200 units of 20’ x 70’ and 22’ x 70’ with built-up areas of 1,713 square feet to 1,970 square feet is located off the Eastern Coastal Highway and just 15 minutes to the Johor Bahru City Centre and the CIQ.

The development is under Flagship D of the Iskandar Malaysia development corridor on the coast of the Johor Straits facing Singapore.

Business owners and investors looking for spacious premises were also presented with Oasis 1, 2 and 3 commercial properties.

Oasis 1 is already completed with 80% occupancy while there are still units remaining for the Oasis 2 shoplots, which were recently handed over to the owners.

Oasis 3 has been launched with attractive packages on offer and there are still limited units available for purchase of the three and four-storey shoplots. The four storey units boast of private lifts and close proximity to the JB East Coast Highway.
