TD Central JB is set to change the landscape of the neighbourhood
Local developer Keck Seng Group recently announced the development of TD Central Johor Bahru, a new retail shopping project that is set to bring more colour into the surrounding neighbourhood. A signing ceremony was conducted at the developer’s Taman Daya office between partners Maslee Distribution Centre Sdn. Bhd. (Maslee) and LSTD Management Sdn. Bhd. (LSTD) as a step to solidify the partnership and promote the upcoming development.
TD Central is a new intricately designed business hub by Keck Seng Group that’s set to host a variety of trade and commerce activities in the already bustling areas of Taman Daya, Mount Austin and Taman Molek residential cluster. The area, which already hosts IKEA and AEON Tebrau will be joined with this new closer to home shopping destination that’s modelled after Taipei’s Shilin Market with elements of Melbourne’s Queen Victoria Market to provide a different experience for every visitor.
The mall is expected to be completed by 2020 and will have ‘The Pasar mall’ by Maslee Group, in an 80,000 sq. ft. area as one of the building’s anchor tenants as a step to provide a-closer-to- home shopping alternative for those in the area. TD Central will also be joined by a 220 table Chinese Restaurant managed by Loon Sing Group housed in a 50,000 sq. ft. area making it one of the biggest dining venues in the area.
The new shopping locale will also feature a wide variety of eateries from local to international names as well several of them being built with drive through features to enable a more convenient method of getting your meals. The mall will also have a retail centre operated by LDP Promotion Fair Sdn. Bhd. to complete its shopping experience.
