Damansara Realty Berhad (DBhd) through DAC Land Sdn Bhd as their subsidiary and Johor-based partner, Active Estates Sdn. Bhd. has launched Business Boulevard @ Central Park. BBCP aiming to be Tampoi, Johor Bahru’s latest commercial development with estimated gross development (GDV) of more than RM150million and the third installment of Aliff Square that comprises of 68 units freehold commercial shop-office lots. It would be developed in four phases within the next five years.
The 6.9 acre development caters to the existing waiting list of interested buyers, seeing the success of DBhd’s Aliff Square 1 & 2 that was developed in the same area.
“Seeing the high demand from our registered list of interested buyers for such units in the area, we are optimistic with the allure of this development to the potential business owners and investors,” said DBhd’s Group of Managing Director, Ts. Brian Iskandar Zulkarim at the ground-breaking ceremony.
The BBCP is located at the bustling Jalan Tampoi adjacent to Pasir Gudang Highway. An ingress and egress road which allows direct access to the highway is expected to be completed by year 2021. In October 2019, DBhd and its joint venture partner Country Garden launched Phase Three of their joint development project Central Park at Persiaran Aliff Harmoni Utama, Johor Bahru. Phase Three of the Central Park will spread over 14.7 acres of land, consisting of 216 double-storey terrace units.
