Infrastructure upgrade is expected to be completed by Q1 2019
Construction work of the direct access road connecting Mah Sing Group Berhad’s (Mah Sing) seafront mixed integrated complex, Meridin Bayvue in Sierra Perdana to the Johor Bahru East Coast Highway had commenced earlier in October after getting the approval from the authority and is expected to be completed by Q1 2019.
Upon completion, the new direct access will shorten the travel time for Meridin Bayvue’s home buyers and retailers to go in and out of the development. In addition, it will also enhance the connectivity of the development by shortening the travel distance between Johor Bahru East Coast highway and Meridin Bayvue to approximately 12 km, allowing easier access to areas such as Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru City Centre, Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex (CIQ) and Singapore.
Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang said, “We are glad to announce that the construction work for the direct access road to Meridin Bayvue has started. Our buyers and the surrounding community will be able to benefit from this once the road is completed as it provides easy access into our development and enhances the connectivity to nearby areas.”
The enhanced connectivity will be a plus point for Meridin Bayvue; increasing the value of the project. It will also further promote Meridin Bayvue as a sustainable development that offers seafront living with excellent facilities at a price range that many can afford.
The new direct access comprises of an ingress and egress that connects to the access road that leads the highway. It is a single lane in and out of Meridin Bayvue to the highway. The connecting road is right in front of Meridin Bayvue mixed integrated complex, an additional feature which will attract homebuyers looking for residential unit with excellent accessibility to Johor Bahru City Centre.
Meridin Bayvue is a freehold property located at Sierra Perdana’s commercial area fronting the coastal highway from Pasir Gudang to Johor Bahru City Centre. Meridin Bayvue comprises of four towers; 2 Covil towers and 2 Caspian towers which offers a three-bedroom serviced residence, from 980 sf-1316 sf.
