Sunway Property’s townhouse concept continues to gain good response

Sunway Iskandar’s launch of the Sunway Citrine Lakehomes Phase 2 had received an enthusiastic response from purchasers, with 90% of the townhouses being snapped up in the first week of its launch.

The townhouses are Sunway Property’s first townhouse development in Johor, and its success follows the successes of the property developer’s highly-rated townhouse series in the Klang Valley, and Penang.

The most recent was the townhouse development in Sunway Wellesley, Penang, which was 100% sold out, and the townhouse development in Sunway Montana, Klang Valley which was also 100% sold out.
