Since completing the Kylin Apartments in May, Country Garden Pacific View (CGPV) recently obtained the Certificates of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for their second project – the Aqua Blue Condominiums.
The Aqua Blue Condominiums comprise of four towers, where each tower is 32 floors high and fully equipped with state-of-the-art home and living technology such as kitchen security and safety features and elevator control system. Homeowners will enjoy the privilege of controlling electrical appliances, and more by just having a smartphone and a control panel.
CGPV organised a walk-a-bout event attended by the State Housing and Rural Development Committee Chairman, Dzulkefly Ahmad who lauded the developer for building the project according to the standards set by the government agencies, as well as fulfilling the Johor government’s objective to curb the number of abandoned projects in the state.
As of August 2018, the government has managed to salvage 3 out of the 23 “sick” development projects throughout the state. “Since taking over the helm, the government has found out that there are 23 struggling or critical development projects in Johor and 44 abandoned ones. We managed to save 3 as of now and plan to clean up the rest as we move ahead,” said Dzulkefly in his speech after the walk-a-bout.
Executive Director of CGPV, Datuk Md Othman Yusof said, “We take the laws and regulations set by the Malaysian government very seriously and this is the first time a developer has organised such a walk-a-bout as we want the relevant authorities to see and judge for themselves the quality of our smart homes.”
