Look out for specially handcrafted Cantonese Style Fortune Abalone and Dried Seafood Treasure Pot (Poon Choy) alongside their Prosperity Salmon Yee Sang and Auspicious Abalone Yee Sang. rESet menu’s come in two variations with Set Menu A offering an eight course menu comprising Prosperity Salmon Yee Sang with organic vegetables, fresh fruits and jelly fish, Double boiled village chicken soup with American ginseng, Cantonese crispy roasted chicken, Hong Kong style steamed dragon tiger grouper and Wok fried sea prawns with garlic and pepper. Other dishes include Braised dried oysters with fish maw, mushrooms and vegetables, Steamed Yam Rice with chicken sausage served in lotus leaf and chilled lemongrass jelly with passion fruit.
Guests who opt for Set Menu B will be pampered with an eight course meal consisting of Prosperity Abalone and Salmon Yee Sang with organic vegetables, Mini herbs Buddha jumps over the wall, BBQ combination platter of Cantonese crispy roasted chicken and traditional BBQ roasted duck and Hong Kong style steamed indigenous Pontian pomfret fish. The set also includes Hong Kong typhoon shelter style with sea prawn, Braised sea cucumber with ten head abalone served with broccoli, Steamed Yam Rice with chicken sausage served in lotus leaf and chilled mango puree and pomelo.
Wan Li Chinese Set Menu A and B come inclusive with a bottle of house red wine per table except for Set Menu A for six persons. Additional wine may be purchased at an exclusive price of RM128.00 nett per bottle.
