Amaya Food Gallery at Amari Hotel Johor Bahru invites you to experience its “Flavours of Asia Buffet Dinner”. Its new award-winning Cluster Executive Chef, Andy Oh, and his team have combed the kitchen of Asia to bring fragrant flavours from Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore from 1st July to 30th September 2018.

With only RM108 nett per person on Thursday and Friday, enjoy endless choices of food from 3 countries all under one roof. Also, crab lovers might want to dine at Amaya on Saturdays for a scrumptious serving of 500grams of Sri Lankan Chili Crab for 2 people at just RM148nett per person.

Senior citizens aged 60 and above will enjoy 50% off as well as kids from 6 to 12 years old.

Tantalise your taste buds with appetisers such as Caesar Salad, Rojak, Gado-Gado, traditional Thai snacks and Seafood on Ice such as New Zealand Mussels, Clams, Prawns and Scallops before indulging in Roasted Lamb Shoulder, Beef Steak and more at the BBQ station.

Amaya Food Gallery is famously known for its super tasteful Thai dishes.

Don’t forget to try Tom Yum Goong, Kaeng Som-Cha-Om Tod Goong (Spicy and Sour Fish Curry with Prawns and Dill Pattie Omelette), Phad Cha Talay (Seafood with Green Peppercorn, Garlic and Basil Leaf), and more prepared by its talented Thai Chef Kanokwan Pungjaroenkijiku (or Gina).

Next, the Malay food section by Chef Rosfaizah, has her very own recipe of Kambing Caramel, Beef Rendang and Ikan Panggang in Banana Leaf and Sotong Bakar with Tamarind Sauce.

All good things must come to a sweet end, so stop by the dessert station and indulge in mouth-watering sweet temptations such as Peanut Butter Crunch Tartlets, Butterscotch Cheese Cake, Black Forest Torte, Mango Sticky Rice and etc; baked by Pastry Chef Syeriff Hafizal and team.
