Ponderosa Golf & Country Resort’s ‘Warisan Ayahanda’ breaking fast buffet will start from 28th April till 22nd May 2020 featuring ‘Istimewa Kambing Golek‘ (Grilled Leg of Lamb) as Chef’s specialty this year together with Ikan Assam Pedas.

“The reason why it’s themed Warisan Ayahanda is because we believe that the inspiration for mother’s cooking is always for the father especially after a hard day at work, and it is cooked out of love,” said Tan Kai Yang, the resort’s General Manager.

Barbecued meats hot and sizzling

Like before, the spread at the resort will be served warung style with stalls serving every day humble yet favourite street food such as Nasi Lemak, Nasi Ambang, Keropok Lekor, Goreng Pisang, Roti John, Kebabs, Chapati, Tosei, Puri and Roti Canai, assortment of ice-cream including ‘ice-cream goyang’, and 10 varieties of Malay Kuih. Other than the staple barbeque items, there will be a stall to prepare a’la minute smoked Beef, Chicken, Duck, Fish and also Stewed Gearbox. For Chinese street food options there will be live cooking of Fried Carrot Cake and Fried Kway Teow.

The Buffet will be priced at RM78 nett per adult and RM35 nett per child aged 6-12 years; all inclusive of entertainment and games to win vouchers by popular emcee, Embun.
