Recipe #1: Quinoa Edamame Salad
If you’re a vegetarian, why not try whipping up this quick, easy and hassle-free quinoa Edamame salad recipe? It’ll only take you 15 minutes!
Preparation time: 15 minutes

200 g quinoa
80 g Edamame, boiled & seeds removed from pods
8 tbsp Hellmann’s roasted sesame dressing
½ tsp chilli flakes
6 pcs cherry tomatoes, diced
1 pcs seaweed big sheet, thinly sliced
1 pcs carrot, thinly sliced
¼ pcs purple cabbage, thinly sliced
4 pcs baby radish, thinly sliced
- In a pot, cook quinoa according to the package instructions.
- In a bowl, add quinoa, carrots, Edamame, tomatoes, purple cabbage, baby radish & mix well. Top with seaweed.
- Before serving, pour Hellmann’s roasted sesame dressing over the salad.
For spicy sesame dressing, mix Hellmann’s roasted sesame dressing with chilli flakes.
