Usher in the Lunar New Year with family and friends at Pulai Springs Resort, Johor Bahru with an assortment of delightful Chinese New Year cuisine. Masterchef Lim and his team from Qing Palace Chinese Restaurant have come up with two special set menus on the eve of Chinese New Year on 4th February 2019. CNY Eve Reunion Set Menu A is priced at RM880+ per table of 10 persons and RM528+ per table of 6 persons. Set Menu B is RM1,300 per table of 10 persons and RM780+ per table of 6 persons.
Set Menu A feature dishes such as Qing Palace Special “Yee Sang” (Royal Abalone Slices), Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Crabmeat, Fresh Scallops with Greens and Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf. Set Menu B features dishes such as Qing Palace Special “Yee Sang” (Dried Seafood), Camphor and Tea Smoked Duck, Steamed Cod Fish “Hong Kong” Style and more.
Guests may book for the 5.30pm, 7.00pm or 8.00pm session, respectively.
The Chinese New Year Set Menu A is priced at RM818+ per table of 10 persons. Set Menu B: RM938+ per table of 10 persons and RM588+ per table of 6 persons. Set Menu C: RM 1,388+ per table of 10 persons and RM838+ per table of 6 persons. All sets available for lunch and dinner and from the first day of Chinese New Year on 5th to 19th February 2019.
Qing Palace Chinese Restaurant is also offering three special 8-course set menus for lunch and dinner from 5th to 19th February 2019. Featured dishes in the Chinese New Year Set Menu include Qing Palace Special Yee Sang, Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Fish Maw and Crabmeat and more.
Masterchef Lim has also prepared four varieties of Yee Sang – Salmon Yee Sang (priced at RM68+ (small) or RM128+ (large), Royal Abalone Slices Yee Sang (priced at RM68+ (small) or RM128+ (large), Dried Seafood Yee Sang (RM78+ (small) or RM138 (large) and Smoked Duck Yee Sang (RM78+ (small) or RM138 (large). These are available for dine-in or takeaway from 4th January to 19th February 2019.
Qing Palace will also be serving special set menus for guests to treat their clients, guests or family members to a pre Chinese New Year meal from 4th January till 3rd February 2019. The set menus are priced at RM880+ per table for 10 people (Set Menu A) and also RM1,188+ per table for 10 people (Set Menu B). Dishes on the menu include Qing Palace Special Cold Dish, Shark’s Fin Soup with Crabmeat, Boneless Chicken with Sesame Seed and more.
All dishes at Qing Palace are pork-free. All prices are also subject to 6% Service Tax.
The all-day dining Cinta Terrace Restaurant (certified Halal) at Pulai Springs Resort will also be offering Lunar New Year buffet and hi-tea. The Chinese New Year Prosperity Reunion BBQ Nite Buffet available on 4th February 2019 is priced at RM88+ per adult and RM44+ per child. Guests who book before 31st January will save RM15 per adult from the original price. Come in a group of 10 people or more and save RM18 per adult. The buffet is served from 6.30pm to 10.00pm.
Meanwhile, the CNY Day Special Hi-tea (Day 1) offered on 5th February 2019 is priced at RM58+ per adult and RM29+ per child and the CNY Day Special Hi-tea (Day 2) offered on 6th February is priced at RM48+ per adult and RM24+ per child. With every four paying adults, one child dines for free. The hi-tea is served from 12.00noon to 2.30pm.
There will be lion and dragon dance performances at the hotel on 7th February 2019 (third day of Chinese New Year) from 10.30 am.
