Mah Sing Group and i2M Ventures ink a partnership to bring affordable housing to Iskandar Puteri
Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) and i2M Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (i2M), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad have announced their strategic partnership in providing ideal accommodation facilities through Iskandar Professional Suites for companies who enrol in the Global Business Services (GBS) Iskandar Initiatives.
The Iskandar Professional Suites is within the [email protected] development, a mere 3-minute drive to Medini Central Business District.
Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang and i2M’s Managing Director, Zulfiqar Zainuddin signed the strategic partnership at Ramada Meridin, Johor Bahru, witnessed by Johor Consumerism, Human Resources and Unity Committee Chairman, Dr. S. Ramakrishnan.

The companies and tenants have the option of choosing a studio unit or twin sharing studio unit with built ups from RM800 per month. Tenants will also get to experience hassle-free move in, enjoy the convenience of connectivity, and access to full recreational facilities and high-speed internet. Units are available for immediate move in and applications for this special accommodation can be made through GBS employers.
