Said to be one of the unique fusion foods that can be found within the country, Peranakan, or better know as Baba Nyonya cuisine is back on the weekend buffet menu at the Cafe BLD, Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel.
Be spoilt for choice and indulge in the lip-smacking cultural gastronomic adventure through the marriage between Malay and Chinese dishes served such as tenderly braised Itik Sioh, Nyonya Penang Otak-otak, Nyonya Seafood Laksa, Lemak Udang Nenas, Nyonya Ikan Sumbat, Ayam Pongteh and more!
Also, take a trip back to memory lane with delectable Nyonya desserts that brings sweet and savoury flavours together; showcasing intricate Peranakan motifs.
The buffet will be available every Friday and Saturday evenings from 6.30pm to 10pm priced at RM123 nett per adult and RM61.50 per child between 5 to 12 years old.
