Since 2014, Chef Moka has shown his capability at adapting to the local market with his decades of culinary experience working in classic Italian restaurants. Inspired by Bacchus, the Roman version of the Greek god of agriculture and wine, Bacchusj ouers a fresh and elegant take on Italian cuisine.

Matsusaka wagyu originates in the pristine, quiet Matsusaka region of Mie Perfecture and sells for around RM400 per 100 grams.

Since relocating to Puteri Harbour in July last year, this modest, casual Italian-style Trattoria now seats 50 pax with a couple of private rooms as well as alfresco seatings. The enticing menu emphasises authentic Italian cuisine prepared with the best ingredients mainly sourced directly from Italy, while also serving seasonal dishes based on ingredients in season.
